The leadership team is experienced and approachable
Open door policy and listen to concerns employees have and my Director takes action.
Theyre very understanding and encouraging. No question is a "stupid question" and everyone wants you to succeed

Insurance is really good and cost efficient in my opinion. 401k match is reasonable.
Commission structure and ability to make own paycheck
They won't promote to avoid paying overtime

We are a team; we win as a team or we lose as a team. We have each other's interest at all times when making decision's for our team, company and patients.
