The executive level (VP level and up) show vision and passion and they lead by example.
What makes you most happy at work?
Benefits and some caring people who have connected with me. There are opportunities to gain great technical knowledge because the company invests heavily on technology.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to do better on valuing the employees. Management promotes fear and competition among employees, creating anxiety and stress. Yelling, favoritism, and unfair treatment are rampant among EIS directors and some VPs. We need to do better to show respect for those who are the producers.
