Planning out jobs and contract
They just need to be competent leaders and empower the workforce
They need to adopt a more effective leadership style and hire executives who are expert in related industry.

Higher wage and better benefit
Higher pay is needed. Pay is way too low

It would help if we could work alone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management and engineering. Having the correct support, not engineering that does administration work
they need to HOG butcher the upper management and get people who will work not just call it in. Also understand and willing to do processes that are at least done in the 2000s
