What do you like best about the leadership team?
Like a lot of startups, it sometimes takes time to find the right business model, but the leadership has gotten us there and we are really excited about the road ahead

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive salary and benefits that are mostly market (it is a startup after all), flexible schedule is really nice and they try to respect your personal time when possible

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great low ego culture, flat organization vibe. People trust one another for the most part and everyone is very dedicated to the mission.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are focused on a mission to improve the lives of women, and as a part of that mission we have a culture that is understanding and encouraging in achieving each of our potential

What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that it truly felt like I was able to show the company how I could fit into the team and contribute, without feeling like I was being examined
I met with the entire leadership team including the CEO, and they were pretty transparent with me about what to expect, pros and cons, and made it an easier / relatively low stress experience

What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to work on cutting edge solutions and an entirely new space to help other people, and that I genuinely enjoy the company of the people I work with
