Ms. Gina K. Clark has been Chief Communications & Administration Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since June 2017 and its Executive Vice President of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since June 2011. Ms. Clark served as the Chief Marketing Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation from June 2011 and November 2014 to June 2017. Ms. Clark served as Senior Vice President of Alliance Relations & Strategic Communications at Premier, Inc., where she was responsible for Premier's communication and relationships with members, the public, the media and other constituencies. She was with Premier since 2000, first as a Relationship Management Vice President, then as its Group Vice President. She served as Senior Vice President of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since June 2011. She served as Vice President of Human Resources, Employment Counsel and Assistant Secretary at AmeriSource. Prior to joining AmeriSource, in 1995, she served as a Senior Associate with the law firm of Powell, Trachtman, Logan, Carrle and Bowman, specializing in commercial and employment litigation. She serves as a Trustee of National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ms. Clark holds a Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southwestern State University.
