Need to be trained on speaking to associates

Better vision and dental coverage and lower medical premiums. Also, the ability to carry over vacation from year to year.

Other than the manager, the ops staff were very efficient.

Everyone works together to get work done and to learn new things.

They're always upbeat because they're going home with $80k+ while we're still making $30k

Moving on from this company was the best thing I could have done.

Mistakes are OK and a learning experience. Everyone assumes the best of each other.

Clear cut and to the point

The ease at which it was to speak to interviewers. The interviewers offered the opportunity for a conversation to learn more about the role.
