Benefits are to costly to the employee!
Better vision and dental coverage and lower medical premiums. Also, the ability to carry over vacation from year to year.

Great grouo of peoplw that work together
Teamwork, understanding, whole, friends, family
Other than the manager, the ops staff were very efficient.
Everyone works together to get work done and to learn new things.
I work with some of the smartest people I've ever known and everyone on the team shares knowledge and is eager to help

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Caring and genuine. Management and coworkers care about each other.
They're always upbeat because they're going home with $80k+ while we're still making $30k
Moving on from this company was the best thing I could have done.
Mistakes are OK and a learning experience. Everyone assumes the best of each other.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This company needs to bring in nee directors and stop bringing amazon supervisors that ask you to waive second lunches

The ease at which it was to speak to interviewers. The interviewers offered the opportunity for a conversation to learn more about the role.
It was fast and efficient. 3 calls total: recruiter, manager, and senior manager.

Include the weight limits within the interview.
Probably not wasting your time since they already have an idea who they are gonna to place in certain positions

I already explained that. They dont make me feel comfortable at all.
i have the most educated (college) and the most experience in the department, yet I do Not get promoted and underpaid
