I could talk to the management I dealt with everyday. The other leadership it was much harder to even contact.

Real people and genuinly care about the employees ans company
Understanding about low pay but can't control it
Down to earth, appreciate a work life balance
Communication, accountability, professionalism, work ethic, leadership
Management training on Mental Health awareness and how to cope with an associate suffering.
Need to be trained on speaking to associates
Attitude, attendance, profictivity are a few
Stop showing favortism, putting people in positions that are not qualified and are unable to take constructive criticism
I thought my severance package would be a little different. It does make you feel like they were just cutting their loses instead of giving a more fair compensation. With that said I am happy to have something to help for a few months.

Stock options and company retirement matching
Rewarded and recognized and appreciated
Coverage for family at a decent price.
The pay is good and the benefits and 401K are great here.
Benefits are to costly to the employee!
Better vision and dental coverage and lower medical premiums. Also, the ability to carry over vacation from year to year.
Being paid more than the new employees you are training
Not getting paid enough for what i do
I do not feel undervalued
Before going remote ... meeting people from different backgrounds and seeing everyone get along for the most part was a great thing.

Good collaboration and laid back environment
Great grouo of peoplw that work together
Teamwork, understanding, whole, friends, family
Other than the manager, the ops staff were very efficient.
Team work. Team work, Team work
No gossiping , toxic environment
Before the merger ... there were more team/group outings and opportunities for group interactions. After the merger you could tell those things were changed, but we as a group continued somethings on our own. After going remote and after COVID quarantine, all those things changed.

Caring and genuine. Management and coworkers care about each other.
They're always upbeat because they're going home with $80k+ while we're still making $30k
Moving on from this company was the best thing I could have done.
Mistakes are OK and a learning experience. Everyone assumes the best of each other.
This company needs to bring in nee directors and stop bringing amazon supervisors that ask you to waive second lunches
Had the opportunity to interview with multiple levels from the team
My manager at the time had my back
I knew the person that hoped me up.
Clear cut and to the point
The ease at which it was to speak to interviewers. The interviewers offered the opportunity for a conversation to learn more about the role.
Include the weight limits within the interview.
Probably not wasting your time since they already have an idea who they are gonna to place in certain positions
My team and the postive environment
Knowing I work from home
Interacting with co-workers and other people
Completing tasks and resolving issues
Everything is always set up to reach out your goal.
I already explained that. They dont make me feel comfortable at all.
i have the most educated (college) and the most experience in the department, yet I do Not get promoted and underpaid
