Mr. James F. Cleary Jr., also known as Jim, has been Group President of Global Commercialization Services & Animal Health at AmerisourceBergen Corporation since June 2017. Mr. Cleary has been an Executive Vice President of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since March 2015 and served as its President of Amerisourcebergen Animal Health from March 22, 2016 to June 2017. Mr. Cleary served as the President of MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. at IVESCO Holdings, LLC from March 2000 to June 2017. He serves as the President of American Veterinary Distributors Association and Manager of Feeders' Advantage, L.L.C. He served as Chief Executive Officer of MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. since June 2002 until February 2015. He joined Mwi Veterinary Supply, Inc., in January 1998 as Director of National Accounts and was promoted to Vice President of Demand Generation in 1999. He served as Vice President of Agri Beef Co., Mwi Veterinary Supply, Inc., former parent, from 1996 to 1998. From 1990 to 1996, he served in management positions with Morrison Knudsen Corporation and its affiliate MK Rail Corporation. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for American Veterinary Distributors Association. He serves as a Director of Agri Beef Co., Seroyal Holdings, L.P., and the American Veterinary Distributors Association. He served as a Director of MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. from June 2002 to February 2015. Mr. Cleary graduated from Dartmouth College in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1990.
