Mr. John G. Chou has been Chief Legal & Business Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since June 2017. Mr. Chou has been an Executive Vice President of AmerisourceBergen Corporation from August 2011 and served as its General Counsel from January 2007 to June 2017. Mr. Chou served as Secretary of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since February 2006 until May 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of AmerisourceBergen Corp. since January 2007 until August 2011. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of AmerisourceBergen Corp. from November 2004 to January 2007. He joined AmerisourceBergen in July 2002 as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, he was a Partner with the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. He has been practicing law for over 20 years and previously held senior legal positions with CIGNA Corporation and ARCO Chemical Company, where he served as Chief Corporate Counsel and then Chief European Counsel. He started practicing law with a large New York law firm. He has been a Director of MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. since February 2015. Mr. Chou is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
