Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My work has contributed tremendously to my team and the companys bottom line, but ive gotten a meager raise. I know that im being paid well below the market rate given my experience and skills. No real sign of promotion or growth opportunities. Often feel like a workhorse.
