Caregiver Leave is a helpful benefit in difficult times.

I think ita Fair and competitive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the overall economy is suffering, and wages have not been adjusted to reflect the exponential cost of living over the past 3-5 years.

I think every single person at every level being the highest is being under paid! I have done comparisons. As well as the bonus insensitive being hard to get to.

I have been with the company for 17 years and there are people that have only been with the company 5 years or less doing less work that myself and they either make close to or the same as I do. I would like to be rewarded for the work that I do and annual evaluations/raises would be great.

Review from Admin Dept

the cost of living has gone up extremely and it has made it to where most employees are actually paying to work instead of getting paid to work.

Review from Admin Dept

I feel Like I am not getting paid fair for my position

Review from Admin Dept

I do feel valued and appreciated however I do feel that when given more job duties or high praises and good evaluations I should receive slight monetary increases

Review from Admin Dept

In my position there is often a lot of work being done after hours but no compensation for it. There is no way to make up for these hours spent unpaid.

Review from Admin Dept

There is a lot that comes with the roles of an administrator. A lot of moving pieces, and a lot of responsibility in order for the field workers to do what they need to do successfully. With my experience. I feel I could be better paid.

Review from Admin Dept

There are not enough positions alloted. Everyone has to take on more responsibilities which leads to burnout.

Review from Admin Dept

I wear several hats in the office, that should be recognized with a pay increase.

Review from Admin Dept

Most of the workers that's hired for the past few years are making more money than the ones that have been with the company for more than 10 years. Please evaluate and appreciate the ones that are loyal and stays with the company for a long time by increasing their pay rate.

Review from Admin Dept

I was doing the work of several people in our office and I do not complain or cause issues but the people who do the most complaining seem to get pay raises. The pay increase I have received has been minimal. I would like to have a decent raise.

Review from Admin Dept

I absolutely love working for Kindred at home/Centerwell to be. However, recently, I've been thinking I will have to leave and get a better paying job. I am just trying to afford life and medical bills that our insurance doesn't cover. I don't make enough money. Yearly raises would help!

Review from HR Dept

I just feel like I take on a lot of responsibility and am committed to my job and sometimes that is overlooked as far as being compensated.

Review from Admin Dept

more raises, the inflation today doesn't go in hand with our salaries.

Review from HR Dept

I do not see why we are not offered raised yearly, when we have yearly evaluations. Employees feels more valued when given a great performance review and given an incentive.

Review from Admin Dept

AS 20YR CLERICAL STAFF MEMBER I DON'T BELIEVE I PERSONALLY AM COMPENSATED ADQUELATELY.

Review from Admin Dept

I believe I do a lot for this company and do many roles. I do more that what is asked of me.

Review from Admin Dept

Need more flexible scheduling, i.e. 32 hour work week for admin staff. Also feel that our monetary compensation is less than our competitors.

Review from Admin Dept

I feel that a cost of living raise is warranted and that being loyal to the company through covid should be rewarded not just on the clinical side but on the administrative side as well.
