Being more personable...no clue who they even are
They need to familiarize themselves with the process of day to day workflow, HCHB, and other general processes to ensure that they can act as educated resources for staff support. Our ED and AD have no idea how to utilize HCHB, much less know how to assist with workflow to aide CMs and field staff.

I don't believe this company treats all employees as equals. I think that it is wrong for some employees to be able to work remote while others have to stay in office 24/7. I think the management doesn't take into consideration all employees and we get treated as if we do not have things going on.
I feel that the overall economy is suffering, and wages have not been adjusted to reflect the exponential cost of living over the past 3-5 years.
I think every single person at every level being the highest is being under paid! I have done comparisons. As well as the bonus insensitive being hard to get to.
I have been with the company for 17 years and there are people that have only been with the company 5 years or less doing less work that myself and they either make close to or the same as I do. I would like to be rewarded for the work that I do and annual evaluations/raises would be great.

I feel like communicating through email is impersonal and certain people could use teams more.
For the most part we (coworkers from other departments) all work well together. The co-worker in my particular department isn't a team player, doesn't take advise or criticism well, misses a lot of time at work leaving me to cover my workload as well as hers, and spreads toxic within our office.

Clinicians are resistant to change and will not heed education. Easier, more effective disciplinary action process needs to be implemented to ensure that CMs have the means to dangerous and unethical practices that impact patient care

An ED that is knowledgeable in the office workflows and spends as much time in office as the rest of us are required to instead of consistently leaving early, working from home, or being on PTO

its not fair that we all work very hard at our jobs but yet dont get treated all the same. clinical managers get to work at home 2 times a week and when ever they pretty much need to run errands. others has to use PTO if we have something to do. stuff is not fair around here at all!

If everyone was treated fairly there would be no problems. If one person can do something we all should be able to as well. We are under paid and have no sick days while other employees are able to work at home and not use PTO. It is not right.
No training. Everything is a job aide.
