But one of the lowest paid company’

Pay should be based on several factors not just the ones they choose so they can lowball you

The team i work with are depenable
My office has no toxicity and we all work very well together
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better management. More training. Lack of training creates hostule work enviroment.
Communication and patients would go a long ways

Going home from working extremly hard all day

Better uniforms, better trucks, more workers, better plans, higher pay

i like nothing about this company. it is the most poorly run compamy i have ever worked at.
