Mr. Ayman Zameli serves as Executive Vice President at Cenveo, Inc. Mr. Zameli serves as a managing director with Pivotal Private Equity Group, where he is responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating acquisition targets. He serves as the Deputy Treasurer of Arab Bankers Association of North America. Prior to joining Pivotal, Mr. Zameli spent over 12 years in the financial sector providing debt financing for leveraged buyouts including transactions for private equity investors as well as corporate borrowers. From 2004 till 2009, Mr. Zameli was a Principal in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America in NY where he helped raise over $35 billion in total debt financing for over 40 transactions. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Zameli was a Vice President with the Syndicated Leveraged Finance business at Chase JP Morgan for five years where he was responsible for advising borrowers on appropriate capital structures as related to acquisition financing and capital raising. He serves as Director of Arab Bankers Association of North America. Mr. Zameli holds an MBA from The George Washington University.
