What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do allow autonomous decision making
They are fair, and care about their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager of the okant is the problem
Fairness and compassion. They are in it for themselves
Holding executive members accountable for being professional at all times. Plant managers cussing out everyone in the plant is not acceptable. Threatening employees is not acceptable. The way to hold your managers and employees accountable is by reviews and disciplinary actions. Not cussing out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It fits the job that I perform and I like the shift differential.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is belo McDonalds wages
The benefits are a joke. Almost 1/4 of my paycheck goes to the joke benefits and I still have to pay hundreds to thousands more out of pocket for health care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are willing to support each other
Hardworking, productive, loyal for the most part.
The cameraderie and team work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they dont like coming to work and it shows

Allow things to happen without repercussions
