Started out great. But the last couple of years have become a negative, destructive environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Department manager was knowledgeable and described the position well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are a joke. Almost 1/4 of my paycheck goes to the joke benefits and I still have to pay hundreds to thousands more out of pocket for health care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Holding executive members accountable for being professional at all times. Plant managers cussing out everyone in the plant is not acceptable. Threatening employees is not acceptable. The way to hold your managers and employees accountable is by reviews and disciplinary actions. Not cussing out.
