We have fun and most of us enjoy what we do. We are supportive of one another...or at least i feel supported.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel new thetapists are hired at a rate that is very close to my salary. I dont feel mynpay reflects my commitment and the time i have worked for the organization.
