What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is small allowing us to discuss and collaborate easily. We are able to quickly come up with solutions and ideas.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture is that a sense of belonging, care, and family is instilled from day one and continues to build each day after.
We have fun and most of us enjoy what we do. We are supportive of one another...or at least i feel supported.

I liked the p positivity of the interviewer. He made it seem like a great place to work.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy that i am able to see a real difference in and growth of my students. I am able to get to know them as individuals instead of just students.

Flexibikity, some indeoendendence, trust, able to share opinions. The kids and watching them grow.
