Mr. Bert A. Frost serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, Market Development and Supply Chain at CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since May 2016. Mr. Frost served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Distribution and Market Development at CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since May 2014 until May 2016. Mr. Frost has been Senior Vice President of Sales, Market Development and Supply Chain - Terra Nitrogen GP Inc at Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P. since July 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Market Development at Terra Nitrogen GP Inc. General Partner of Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P. from January 2012 to April 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Market Development at CF Industries Holdings, Inc. since January 2012 May 2014. He served as Vice President of Sales and Market Development at Terra Nitrogen GP Inc., since April 2010 until January 2012 and CF Industries Holdings, Inc. from January 1, 2009 to December 2011. Prior to joining CF Industries in November 2008, Mr. Frost spent over 13 years with Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), where he served as Managing Director of International Fertilizer and Inputs based in Switzerland from June 2008 to November 2008. At ADM, he was responsible for expanding crop input sales in Europe, as well as growing Archer Daniels's South American fertilizer/input ventures. Prior to that, he served as Director of the Fertilizer, Logistics and Ports divisions for ADM based in Sao Paulo, Brazil from June 2008 to November 2008. He has extensive international experience in the fertilizer and crop inputs industry. In his career, he held several positions with Koch Industries including Country Director in Argentina, responsible for business development for Koch's International and Agriculture Division. He served as a Director of Terra Industries Inc. from April 5, 2010 to April 15, 2010. Mr. Frost holds Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Kansas State University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.
