Mike Eklund is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chamberlain Group.
Having served nearly 30 years in finance, Mike possesses vast experience in financial and operations leadership in both public and private companies, as well as extensive experience in private equity (PE) and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His hands-on operational approach and strong work ethic position him well to lead our finance team and propel CG’s business forward.
Before to joining Chamberlain Group, Mike held multiple CFO rotations in private equity-backed companies. Most recently, Mike served as CFO of Shutterfly. Prior to that, Mike held roles as CFO and COO of Blackstone-owned DJO Global and CFO of Scientific Games. Earlier in his career, Mike held key finance and operational roles during a 20-year span with Dell.
Mike grew up and went to school in Houston, Texas, where he met his wife as high school juniors. They currently call Austin, Texas home and have three daughters. On the weekends, Mike enjoys boating with family and friends and spending time on their family ranch just outside Austin, caring for various animals that call the land home.
