In the past two years, there has been a shift in culture towards a faster and cheaper process. This demand for deadlines and budgets has put a major strain on my work/life balance. We constantly feel at fault for development delays when the timelines in place were impossible to begin. It's toxic!!!!

CG is not a place for everyone. Leadership can pivot direction quickly and aggressively, which leads to chaos. However, the pay is good, the people are great, and there is opportunity to shine if you embrace the challenge. That said, Leadership should refocus on its people and not just cost/revenue.
