Easy to talk to, great plans
Accessibility, avoids micromanaging, clear direction and willingness to be patient with new hires.

Understand how to make the product more agile and adaptive to different market needs. It's not a one size fits all solution.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission is only given when a deal is closed. Often a deal being closed relies on a lot of external factors that we have no control over. Find other ways to incentivise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is willing to take time to help each other. This is a complex offering but teammates are willing to share best practices and insights to help lift up others when they are struggling

Legit steps are being taken to create a remote work culture that supports teamwork and results. Strong dedication to work/life balance.
