
We work fine together. Everyone is doing their best, but when the focus, and so everyone's job, changes day-to-day, it gets frustrating. Tensions run high, and sometimes it's more of a battle among employees to try to get the right job done correctly.
Two things: Management needs focus. The product we're building can't change 8 times in a week, every week. Fair pay. Or pay at all. Sometimes paydays come and go and I'm told MY BANK must have an error when deposits where just never sent.
