What are some of the best things about your team?

We sit and work together, have fun, and collaborate to get things done. Open communication!

The normal Work Drama is very minimal compared to most companies. Everyone is helpful and easy to come to for help.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We work fine together. Everyone is doing their best, but when the focus, and so everyone's job, changes day-to-day, it gets frustrating. Tensions run high, and sometimes it's more of a battle among employees to try to get the right job done correctly.
