What did you like most about the interview process?It was almost non-existent. Unfortunately this also means we get a lot of under-qualified people and people not well suited for the job. A new VP left in one week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Great friends, similar interests, & a focus on success
What is the best part about your compensation package?There was a choice, and it covers me well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We work fine together. Everyone is doing their best, but when the focus, and so everyone's job, changes day-to-day, it gets frustrating. Tensions run high, and sometimes it's more of a battle among employees to try to get the right job done correctly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Two things: Management needs focus. The product we're building can't change 8 times in a week, every week. Fair pay. Or pay at all. Sometimes paydays come and go and I'm told MY BANK must have an error when deposits where just never sent.
