Great friends, similar interests, & a focus on success
The leadership is great, friendly and easy to work with. Everyone is also understanding when life emergencies happen.

There was a choice, and it covers me well.

We sit and work together, have fun, and collaborate to get things done. Open communication!
The normal Work Drama is very minimal compared to most companies. Everyone is helpful and easy to come to for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouraging and frequent communication, as well as flexibility to work from home.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was almost non-existent. Unfortunately this also means we get a lot of under-qualified people and people not well suited for the job. A new VP left in one week.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing impact towards success as a collective
The work I do. I learn something new every day. Every day brings on new opportunities and new challenges. I have never felt complacent!
