What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open, easy to talk to, lead by example, work hard and make things happen.
They are all Hard workers
Leadership team is approachable, experienced and committed! They're a great bunch of people who clearly love this brand.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus is good and pays out most years
Compensation is fair. We get some cool perks like uniform allowance, and also a lot of development to grow. I know in other roles there are different perks but they seem fair too!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Still owned by the founder and the family feel runs through the business. Generally all nice people and that feeds into the culture
The culture at this company takes the british vibe which is a little different and interesting. The product is great. Stores could do with some TLC back of house, but otherwise great.
