We were recently acquired by Chart. First impressions, later reinforced by Chart management actions is they are disorganised and lack of respect for their staff. So much so that 3 months after acquisition, our direct line manager (Chart) has not emailed or communicated with any of our team!

Used to be a great place to work bit in the last ten years the corporate policies and adgenda's have been detrimental to employees,thier families and profits.

Great coworkers and place to work! HOWEVER... HR dept and some managers need ALOT of work on their equality skills! It's a game of favorites and more! Lack of inter-company communication and third party absent/tardy hot-line eventually resulted in my term. from a place I actually loved to work!
