What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very available and approachable. Eager to ensure happy employees
My leadership team is always looking out for me and wants the best for me currently and long term. They are kind and flexible.
The Executive team is comprised of those who exemplify their cultural values (kind, getting things done, high quality and keeping customers in mind). I've seen them execute over a few years and they're all amazing people at the top. I feel fortunate enough to work with them and have known them!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The "untracked" time off - provides flexibility.
Base + Equity + Bonus!!!!! & Culture on top of all of that!
It's structured to be fair, motivating, and rewarding--and it's all of those!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The mentality of collaboration is excellent.
We are very efficient! Our meetings are productive and we are forward thinking.
Time is important so they're only scheduled when needed and made to be efficient.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we expect everyone to be "grown-ups" in all aspects work life.
The people that make the culture so great to be a part of!
Everyone here is very upbeat and positive. There's been a lot of changes in the last year so it's been slightly affected but overall, everyone's been great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
