Poor leadership and not understanding ceo

The 401(k) plan is phenomenal
Very attractive salary and bonus; fantastic 401(k) plan

There is little to no growth opportunities

Collaborative, ingenious and open to ideas

The team itself is nice
We truly live our values and hold one another accountable to living them

Badstabbing and gossip. Alwalys on edge.
