Everyone treats each other like we're all family.

Community, everyone is really nice
We have alot of immigrant workers mostly first gen and they come to work ready to conquer the world.
Great manager, addressing all of our concerns and mentoring us at any given time. All of the members of my team are exceptional professionals and great characters.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to be fair with employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My managers make sure that we are comfortable with the amount of workload and are there in a drop of a hat if we ever need anything.
Everyone works as a team
