- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The salary is mediocre, and the benefits are decent at best. My experience would be better if the leadership weren't so toxic and awful.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership is too toxic and hostile, and I don't think any employee would want to work for that kind of leadership. Our leaders need to get better or be replaced.
