Timothy S. O'Toole — Consultant at Chemed Corporation

Mr. Timothy S. O'Toole, also known as Tim, has been Consultant of Chemed Corp. since June 16, 2016. He served as a Director of Vitas Healthcare Corporation (the holding company of Vitas Hospice Services LLC) since 1991. He served as a Director of Omnicare Inc., the nation's leading provider of professional pharmacy a related consulting services for long term care institutions for eight years. During his tenure on the VITAS Board, the Vitas Hospice expanded significantly through growth of existing hospice programs as well as through strategic acquisitions. Among other responsibilities as an active Board member, he had chaired VITAS' Audit Committee and Compliance Committee and actively participated in annual strategic planning retreats with senior management. Mr. O'Toole holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Salomon P. Chase Law School of Northern Kentucky University.
