What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're solid individuals caught in a bad situation
Super encouraging, hardworking and willing to teach
They seem accessible. I think it comes from the fact that we've grown from a small firm into a mid-sized one
They recognize the hard work of individuals and team efforts.
The culture has had a huge shift since the new CEO started. The Firm has become very inclusive, forward-thinking, and collaboration-driven.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership training and people skill development
Leadership could benefit from taking a step back from the "big picture" to gain a better understanding of the individuals who represent the Company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 weeks of PTO and 4th of july week off
I like the health insurance package. It covers my needs but also drives consumer driven decisions.
Nice 401k matching that is comparable to other firms.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is certainly some room for improvement
Compensation structure, especially employee benefits are sub-par compared to industry standard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People work the way that works for them. We have 100% remote teammembers. We also have people who go into the office every day. Despite this, there doesn't feel like two different classes of employee.
Everyone is friendly, supportive and driven to succeed.
My team is one of the great things about coming to work each day!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Back to basics of teamwork and teambuilding
A more cohesive team environment would improve the culture of this organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even in a COVID world, there is an effort to join together virtually for just chat time.
The company culture continues to evolve the meet the needs of the growing firm in a competitive market.
It is beneficial for some and not for others

The Culture should focus itself inward instead of outward.
