What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary high for peer work but not worth selling my soul and being silenced to the point it hurt my mental health and left peer field temporarily until ethical mentors rallied my morale. I've returned and I'm not leaving.

CEO has zero concept lf how to treat human beings let alone employees. Has to be involved in every meeting, action, etc but blames others when they fail. No hope with him in chatge. Terrible leader. Terrible person.
