Mr. Clay Neff has been the President of Africa & Latin America Exploration and Production at Chevron Corporation since January 1, 2017. Mr. Neff served as Managing Director of Chevron Nigeria Limited until January 1, 2017. Mr. Neff was responsible for Chevron's upstream operations in Nigeria and West Africa. He has held numerous engineering, operations, commercial and management positions of increasing responsibility in the United States, Angola and Nigeria at Chevron. He joined Chevron as a Drilling Engineer. He served as Chairman and Director of Chevron Nigeria Limited until January 1, 2017. Mr. Neff serves as the Chairman of The Board of Trustees for the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND), chairman of the Oil Producers Trade Section of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He serves as a Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He received his Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1984.
