Ms. Patricia E. Yarrington, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Chevron Corporation since January 1, 2009 and May 16, 2007 respectively. Ms. Yarrington serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chevron Global Energy Inc. She served as Vice President of Public and Government Affairs at Chevron Corp. since November 2002 and its Treasurer from May 16, 2007 to January 1, 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. She served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for ChevronTexaco since 2001. She served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development for Chevron from August 2000 to October 2001. She served as President of Chevron Canada Ltd since March 1998. She joined Chevron Corp. in 1980 and went through the comptroller's department training program in 1984, she served as a Senior Financial Analyst and held various financial and analytical positions in the Chevron Corp. and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. She also served as Manager of Investor Relations for the Chevron Corporation since 1986. She held various supervisory positions of increasing responsibility in Chevron Products Co., Chevron U.S.A. Production Co., and Chevron Research and Technology Co. In 1995, she was Manager of Credit Card enterprises for Chevron Products Co.'s marketing department and oversaw its credit card operations. Ms. Yarrington served as Chairman of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since January 1, 2013. She served as Deputy Chairman of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since January 1, 2012. She served as a Director of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since December 2008 and served as its Member of Advisory Board from 2007 to 2008. She serves on the San Francisco Federal Reserve's Economic Advisory Council and provides information to the Fed on the state of the economy, as well as current and pending developments in the energy industry. She served as Director of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC since July 31, 2001. Ms. Yarrington obtained Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1977 from Pomona College in Claremont, Calif. and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, in Evanston, III.
