Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp must include stocks pay out as well for lower pay grades. Otherwise it is getting difficult to attract talent.
They are very cheap and always want to be at the bottom of the pay scale
What are some of the best things about your team?
GLobal and diverse with ideas and passions
common goals at beginning of the year.
We are like a family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
more cooperation rather than competition
the meetings are filled with nonsense that has nothing to do with the reason for the meeting. Total time wasters. Very unproductive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance and our leaders care about employees

scale back the intense pressures
more can-do, less bureaucratic. Honesty with employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
The level of confidence my supervisor had in me that I could do the work for my current position! I took a leap of faith in applying for the position of software engineer & have the highest level of confidence in my superiors. I have previously worked for a sister company, Wilco-Hess in Lexington NC
Very creative questioning where a person's thought process is being evaluated more than the answer
