What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always keeping us up to date with new information and ways to succeed.

Actually understanding their team's concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of compensation there are incentives for us to earn. Many times these incentives will help our business grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is just another pyramid scheme with a pretty bow.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There really aren't much "team" efforts that we do or must do. Much of our success is based on our individual strive and performance.
We can't work together because we're competing for sales.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are always trying to find ways to reward employees...
Everyone seems to want to help each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There really wasn't an interview. I talked about the company with a fellow associate and she referred me.

I'm happy that I can work as much or as little as I want and I can work at my own pace...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think the jewelry could be made a little more affordable. And I don't think nerchandisers should be buying the 1st set of lookbooks each season.
