Unity and they are very nice and are concerned about your well being.

I don't work here for the wage

A yearly raise and better benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They genuinely care and are incredibly supportive
They all want the best for the ministry and each other.
We are all brothers and sisters. If something goes wrong, there is a lot of grace.
A good boss and a great team to work with.
