Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher rate of pay, more competitive with surrounding job market
I wish my hourly was higher compared to the amount of work I do, other people get paid more and do less of the warranties and follow up work
What are some of the best things about your team?
the moral we create together as a team
We are all knowledgeable in the ski department and we are understaffed and selling the same amount

Most of us get along very well and we come together as a group as much as possible
i like the peope i work with they all like the same things i do so we get along well
