Accessible and strategic; friendly and caring
We all believe in the Mission which is amazing, and they work hard for our clients

More availability and respect for employees
They need to stop expecting the people under them to do their job
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work free days and free vision and life insurance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working in nonprofits is challenging in the long run because we believe in our work and work hard for our clients but we dont really make money doing so. Being fairly compensated for our time, or having a matched Roth 403b would be great
I am required to do a lot of hands on work during work hours but I also have a huge load of paperwork that I'm expected to take home
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and they are all genuinely compassionate people
