Carlos G. Linares — Executive Vice President of Global R&D at Church & Dwight Company

Mr. Carlos G. Linares has been an Executive Vice President of Global Research and Development at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. since June 2017. Mr. Linares is responsible for leading the Research and Development organization including various consumer product companies, packaging innovation and development, process engineering, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Mr. Linares served as the Chief Technology Officer at The Sun Products Corporation since November 09, 2012 until 2017. Mr. Linares joined Sun Products from Johnson & Johnson where he served as Vice President of R&D Strategy and Open Innovation, developing strategy, driving innovation and building new capabilities for the Global R&D organization. In 2005, Mr. Linares joined the Alberto Culver Company. He served as Senior Vice President of R&D, Quality and Regulatory of Alberto Culver Company from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Linares began his career in R&D with Procter & Gamble, spent over 20 years in positions of increasing responsibilities with Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, leading R&D programs in home care, beauty care, women's health and baby care, where his groundbreaking work in skincare science and consumer insights earned him an Organizational Effectiveness Competitive Advantage Award. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of TRI Princeton, a non-profit scientific research organization. Mr. Linares earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
