Transparency and communication are priorities
Really good communication with teams, especially during Covid.

Stop hiding things from corporate. Corporate doesn't know all the bad things going on inside lakewood plant
change people out need to hire outside better leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The profit sharing and bonus is usually very nice

I am happy with my compensation but I strongly believe our benefits could be a lot better in comparison to other companies.
