What does the leadership team need to get better at?
training for new computer products so that we can actually use new products without spending months trying to figure things out
The CEO was unclear on their position regarding telecommuting and decided on what was apparently a whim to require people that have been telecommuting for over a year to involuntarily return to the office. They consistently enact year+ long hiring freezes that are selectively applied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses should be given to those employees who meet there goals
Better medical coverage and overall benefits
Better health plan and better base pay
