What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the industry, treating professional staff appropriately and not as disposable. I could go on for a ling time.
Everybody has no soul and only thinks of money i.e. themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
work load is high, not enough resources, feel burnout, constant pressure. lots of changes and redundancies
Employees are underpaid and no appreciation for hard-working ones.
Recognition of revenue generated and client acquisitions on the basis of individual efforts.
Everybody is paid poorly, no good benefit. No good managers. You are just a number, CEO and managers don't care about out. Totally heartless, soulless company to work for. HELL IS NICER!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be competent in their job. Learn to stand up against management who forces terrible rules. Have a backbone.
