Employees are underpaid and no appreciation for hard-working ones.
Recognition of revenue generated and client acquisitions on the basis of individual efforts.
Everybody is paid poorly, no good benefit. No good managers. You are just a number, CEO and managers don't care about out. Totally heartless, soulless company to work for. HELL IS NICER!
Be competent in their job. Learn to stand up against management who forces terrible rules. Have a backbone.
