What do you like best about the leadership team?
leadership is always forward thinking about the employees and the clients. They are always willing to brainstorm with the entire team and encourage new ideas
Welcoming to new ideas and new members, very relational and sincere in their care for everyone in the organization.
I feel like our leadership has a good grasp on where we are and where we need to be and that they have well thought out plans to keep the company moving in the right direction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
need to drive more revenue and I will be paid more. Thats fair but I am not satisfied by the level we have achieved at present.
Flexibility in work hours allow for reasonable work/life balance

What are some of the best things about your team?
we have some of the smartest and hard working team members in the business. It's amazing to work with such a great group who is also willing to share knowledge with clients and newer team members in order to raise everyone's confidence and understanding of our industry
Very strong group of professionals that have not been trained in sales formerly. They have significant talent but good to form their sales activity and methodology more professionally.
They make the impossible possible and are honorable.
Every team member has a good attitude and everyone seems to pull their weight and more.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cicayda has a very relaxed and friendly culture. This by no means indicates the company moves slowly, as the nature of our work is always fast-paced and varies from case to case. However, the culture is based on a unified goal and of general respect for one another. -- Amazing place!

Happiness stems from the success we provide for our clients. In our world of ediscovery, there is a global lack of attention given to expert knowledge that extends beyond a DIY review-to-produce software. It is exciting to be apart of a company that actually provides solutions and not only software
Achieving growth that is sustainable.
We have many unique and fun personalities in the office. Co-worker interaction is great
