Mr. James E. Moylan, Jr., also known as Jim, served as Chief Financial Officer of Cyan, Inc. since August 06, 2015. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of composite panel's distribution and administration of Georgia-Pacific LLC from June 2002 to June 2003. Mr. Moylan served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Sanmina, Inc. from November 1999 to June 2002. He served as President of Southern Natural Gas Company from April 1994 to July 1, 1997. Mr. Moylan spent 23 years in various positions with Sonat, Inc. from 1976 to 1999 including Chief Financial Officer from July 1, 1997 to October 1999, Senior Vice President and since May 1, 1995 and Executive Vice President since January 1,1999. He has been a Director of Cyan, Inc. since August 06, 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Moylan holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School from Harvard University.
