Informal. I've spoken with senior leaders and didn't feel intimidated or misplaced when speaking to them. My hiring manager personally keeps me up to date on my progress and everyone's very good at making you feel valued. Everything you read about the culture before coming is true when you get in.
Informal, I didn't even realise that the person interviewing me was the Vice President. It's such a humanized company with a linear or flat heirarchy.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not much to improve. Hire more people.
