Mr. Thurman K. Case has been the Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic Inc.(also know as Cirrus Logic K.K.) since February 15, 2007 serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President. Mr. Case served as Vice President of Cirrus Logic Inc. He served as Treasurer of Cirrus Logic Inc. since September 2004 until October 16, 2015. He served as Vice President of Finance at Cirrus Logic Inc. from June 2002 to September 2004. Mr. Case served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Cirrus Logic Inc. since September 2004 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic Inc. since September 25, 2006 and Principal Accounting Officer. He joined Cirrus Logic Inc. in October 2000. Mr. Case also served as Vice President of Finance from June 2002 to September 2004 and Director of Finance from October 2000 to June 2002. He has been a Director of Helen of Troy Limited since January 01, 2017. Mr. Case received a Bachelor of Economics Degree and a Masters of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
