What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's a good place to work
Not experienced people in team
supportive, motivating, fun and team spirit
not too much communication with higher management except through monthly emails
my manager has great knowledge but not all managers have the required knowledge.

Sure it's not bad money

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the salaries are not compensating enough for the amount and quality of job required.
Training needs improvement. Lack of confidence in what u r doing jn wrong or right

The process was quick not waiting weeks
The decision makers did not do erormous number of interviews to do the selection
